Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of the iSolve Reporting platform (“the Platform”), operated by MGC Developments (“we”, “us”), a real-estate development company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By signing in, you accept them.
The Platform is a private, internal business system. It is not a consumer service and it is not open to public registration. Accounts are issued by our administrators to MGC Developments employees and authorised contractors only.
1. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by MGC Developments. You may not create one yourself, and you may not transfer or share the one you are given.
- You are responsible for keeping your passcode confidential and for everything done under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used your account.
- Your access matches your role and your reporting line. Attempting to reach data outside it is a breach of these terms.
- We may suspend or withdraw access at any time — in particular when employment or a contract ends.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for anything unlawful, or in breach of your employment terms;
- copy, export, publish or pass on company or customer data except as your job requires;
- attempt to bypass any security control, permission check or audit trail;
- upload malicious code, or content you have no right to share;
- falsify any record — including attendance, sales, payroll or approvals.
3. Company and customer data
All data in the Platform — property inventory, customer enquiries, sales records, employee records and reporting — is confidential and belongs to MGC Developments. Your duty of confidentiality continues after your access ends. Customer information may be used only to serve that customer, and must be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. Attendance, location and monitoring
The Platform records attendance using a photograph taken at the moment of marking and the position reported by your device, and refuses a mark made outside a registered office or site. For staff whose role involves field work, a manager may enable location recording during defined working hours; where that is enabled you are shown a notice in the app and can view the full record held about you. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy. Attempting to falsify attendance or defeat these checks is a disciplinary matter.
5. Lead data from advertising platforms
The Platform retrieves enquiries submitted through MGC Developments’ own lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, using the Meta Lead Ads API, so our sales team can respond. That data is used solely to contact and serve the person who made the enquiry. It is not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes, and not used for advertising profiling. Our use of Meta’s platform is also subject to Meta’s own terms and developer policies.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or events outside our control. Features may be changed, added or withdrawn as the business requires.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, its code and its content are owned by MGC Developments. Nothing here grants you any licence to them beyond using the Platform for your work.
8. Liability
The Platform is provided for internal business use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
