Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the iSolve Reporting platform (“the Platform”) collects, why, and what we do with it. The Platform is operated by MGC Developments (“we”, “us”), a real-estate development company based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The Platform is an internal business system. It is not a consumer product and it is not open to public registration. Accounts exist only for MGC Developments employees and authorised contractors, and are created by our administrators. If you do not have an account issued by us, this policy still tells you how we handle information about you if you have enquired about one of our properties.
1. Who this policy covers
- Employees and authorised users who sign in to the Platform.
- Prospective customers (leads) whose enquiry details reach us — including through lead forms run on Facebook and Instagram.
2. Information we collect
2.1 From prospective customers (leads)
When you submit an enquiry or lead form about an MGC Developments property — on our website, on a landing page, or through a lead-generation form on Facebook or Instagram — we receive the details you entered on that form. Typically:
- your name;
- your phone number and/or email address;
- your answers to the questions on that form (for example the project you are interested in, your budget range, or your preferred contact time);
- the advertisement, campaign or form the enquiry came from, and the date and time of it.
We use the Meta Lead Ads API to retrieve enquiries submitted through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, so that our sales team can respond to them. We request only the lead data from our own advertising forms. We do not access your Facebook or Instagram profile, your friends, your posts, your messages, your photos or your contacts, and we do not collect anything from Meta beyond the answers you gave on our own lead form.
2.2 From employees and authorised users
To run our own operations, the Platform holds information about our staff, including:

On location, specifically. No employee is location-tracked by default. Tracking is switched on for a named individual by an authorised manager, with a recorded business reason, and applies only within that person’s defined working-hours window. Anyone who is being tracked is shown a clear notice inside the app while it is active and can view the full record held about them at any time. The Platform is a web application and does not record location when it is closed.
3. How we use information
- To contact prospective customers about the property enquiry they submitted, and to answer their questions.
- To manage our sales pipeline and record the outcome of enquiries.
- To operate HR, attendance, payroll and internal reporting.
- To keep the Platform secure and detect misuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and employment obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Who we share it with
Access inside MGC Developments is limited by role — staff see only what their role and reporting line permit. Outside the company, information is shared only with:
- Service providers who host or support the Platform, bound to protect it and use it only to provide that service;
- Authorities, regulators or professional advisers where the law requires it or to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. How long we keep it
- Lead enquiries: for as long as needed to follow up and for our record of the sale or the closed enquiry, then deleted or anonymised.
- Employee records: for the duration of employment and afterwards only as long as employment, tax and accounting law requires.
- Attendance photographs and location points: kept for the operational period they relate to and routinely cleared afterwards.
6. Security
The Platform is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes and are never readable by anyone, including our own administrators. Access is controlled by role and by reporting line, permission changes are recorded, and sensitive actions are written to an audit trail.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop contacting you about an enquiry.
Write to info@mgcdevelopments.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you submitted an enquiry through Facebook or Instagram and want it removed, tell us the name and phone number you used and we will delete that lead record.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child’s information has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our systems are operated from Pakistan. Where information is processed by a service provider outside Pakistan, we require appropriate safeguards over it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell affected users directly.
